The Fort Worth ISD Class of 2018 set an important record before moving on to college and careers. New data shows that students earned $102.6 million in scholarships and grant offers.

This continues the District’s trend over the last few years of significant increases in scholarship money:

  • 2018 – $102.6 million
  • 2017 – $65.5 million
  • 2016 – $50.3 million
  • 2015 – $36 million

“Topping $100 million in merit scholarships and grant offers is a huge milestone,” said FWISD Superintendent Kent P. Scribner. “It not only reflects the commitment and hard work of our students, teachers, counselors, and staff, but also shows that our students believe in themselves and their ability to attain their dreams.”
