IMPLEMENT AT SCALE

  • Analyze data to inform target student population
  • Measure & track needs and services provided to families
  • Create family feedback loops to inform resource allocation

  4. Community Partners
Our Community of Front Porches initiative visited 1,000+ homes with tangible literacy materials for students. IT assistance for parents, and social-emotional support for the entire family. We will continue to serve families this Fall, whom data shows are in the greatest need of this outreach.
Key stressors that contribute to staggered literacy achievment include hunger, housing insecurity, family mobility, family violence, parental depression, and abuse and neglect. *
